I fully understand and agree that : CANCELLATION POLICY : For any cancellations between 20 and 8 days prior to check in, the guest's credit card may be charged up to 50% of the total amount of the confirmed reservation. For any cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival and in case of non show or early departure the guest's credit card may be charged up to the TOTAL amount of the confirmed reservation.  ALL cancellations must be done via email or fax. Cancellations over the phone are NOT valid.   The confidentiality of all the information above is unconditionally guaranteed, and the Hotel's name, and/or INTERNET MANAGEMENT MYKONOS will appear on my credit card statement. Upon receipt and verification of your information above, and subject to definite availability we will email you an Official Booking Confirmation normally within 48 hours at the latest. If you don't receive an official confirmation it is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible to verify the status of the booking. If your credit card is charged with the nonrefundable deposit you may assume your booking is confirmed, even though it's better to let us know. Emails sometimes get lost, filtered into junk mail or sometimes deleted by mistake.
