Villa Loulaki, an exclusive holiday home, is located near Lia, Kalafati, and Elia Beaches, 12 kms from the port of Mykonos. It combines traditional island coziness and modern conveniences.
It has four air-conditioned bedrooms with 'en suite' bathrooms, three with king size beds, one bedroom with twin beds. Three of the bedrooms also have separate entrances.
The entry level includes a large fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, living/dining area and a WC/Shower. Stairs in an atrium lead down to the bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a view to the sea. Rates include caretaker, daily cleaning and breakfast. Rental fee is USD $ 3600 per week on a bed and breakfast basis for up to 8 guests. Individual rooms may also be rented for a minimum of 1 week at a cost of USD $ 1400 per week.
