To officially confirm a booking, a 22% - 30% NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required via VISA or MASTERCARD .

CANCELLATION POLICY : For any cancellations between 20 and 8 days prior to check in, the guest's credit card may be charged up to 50% of the total amount of the confirmed reservation.
For all cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival and in case of non show or early departure the guest's credit card may be charged up to the TOTAL amount of the confirmed reservation.
